Flash Fiction Challenge! Week twenty-three submissions are in! Check them out!
Submit your week twenty-four flash fiction by June 17, 2014! Post a link to your submission in the comments section of the corresponding weekly prompt.
This week’s prompt is brought to you by the super rad Heather B. Costa of Trials of a Wanna-Be-Published-Author! It’s a playful prompt with tons of room for interpretation (and get your minds out of the gutter)!
Prompt: “I’d seen some big ones in my time, but this one…..this one was huge.”

Here’s my submission–running a bit late. Lucy
Here’s my prompt for Week Twenty-four. It’s titled ‘Wormwood.’
Oh I was so tempted to write about ‘other’ things…lol. I’m glad someone went there.

Haha! I think all of us are in the boat, albeit a huge boat!
I had a tough time deciding a direction, but I finally managed to pull something together… http://thewoegman.wordpress.com/2014/06/14/ffc52-2014-flash-fiction-challenge-week-24-big-trouble/
Probably like super cliche, but I had to do this:
Can’t wait to see what you guys come up with! 🙂
Looking forward to reading your mind gutter story!!
Oh gosh, if you think the prompt was risqué you should see my response to it…. 😆
Looking forward to it!!
I had fun with this one. I wanted to write more, but I zoomed to 491 words:
Well, my mind’s in the gutter. Thanks a lot Heather. Lucy
Yep Mine too, i’m full on smirking at my desk right now.
Haha.. Whatever should i write about that’s so big? Lucy
Hehehe i can only think of trousersnakes 😦 I’m gonna be in trouble…
Trousersnakes need their story to be told! Go forth and tell their story!
Hehehe i am posting now….
You’re very welcome, I like to drag the tone down as often as possible…. 🙂
But Heather, I can’t think of anything really “big” . I still have written my story. You don’t have to answer this I just feel like ranting today, Lucy
Hmmm, perhaps you should allow your mind to wander down some risque avenues or maybe just do a ‘brain dump’ and write anything and see what comes up…..er, so to speak…. 🙂
Oh, thanks. I’ll do a brain dump. Gotta go dump. You’re doing great with you internship. Keep it up. Don is a master and a good person to learn from. Lucy
The internship is keeping me very busy but I’m loving the whole experience 🙂
