Prompt: A writer famous for horror stories is writing a story that grows so terrifying that he/she becomes to afraid to complete it.

        Thanks! I was a bit nervous about it. I haven’t even linked my post to Facebook yet, because I was a bit nervous about letting people read the story. I wasn’t sure if it might be totally ridiculous.

        In terms of my blog name, Thain is my last name and I played off the song by “Train in Vain” by The Clash and voila Thain in Vain!! Totally appreciate your connection to the Shire! Relate to the Hobbits!!

        Ah….I am sadly under-cultured in music. It brings despair upon my friends and family. Some people have claimed I may be a lost cause in that regard. But yes, hobbits!
