Four Reasons I’m Going to Fail at NaNoWriMo

typewriter_poster_imageLike thousands of writers, I’ve foolishly challenged myself to write a whole novel in the month of November during National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo). That’s 50,000 words in a single month. Cringe.

This is so not going to happen. And here’s why:

  1. Big dream; pipsqueak ability.
  2. Rob Ford news coverage.
  3. My new Ninja blender calling to me to blend something in it right now.
  4. That pesky litting thing called work that sucks away at my brain so all it wants to do is come home, sit on couch, swill wine, while watching vapid television shows and absent-mindedly put things into mouth.

What is my novel about you wonder? Me too.
