Day 2 – Black and White

This is Marlowe. I’m thankful he was able to take time away from his busy schedule of grunting, snorting and eating grass to pose for me. He’s a real natural.

I love black and white photography, but not every photo lends itself to the style. I wasn’t thinking B&W when I took this picture, but I thought the texture and detail of the fur on his face was a nice contrast against the smooth blur of his body for black and white. I think the result turned out pretty good.
